Rutgers University Baseball is offering Catching Skills Sessions. Evening workouts will provide a unique opportunity for players to train, develop and showcase in front of the Rutgers University Baseball Staff. Sessions will consist of small group instructional work, repetitions, and 1-on-1 interaction with the coaching staff. These sessions are open to all players graduation years 2017 - 2029, who are interested in improving their skills behind the plate. Sessions will cover the intricacies of the catching position - including framing, blocking, and throwing footwork. Players will be grouped according to age when training. All sessions will be capped to emphasize the quality of the camp and 1-on-1 instruction. If you have any questions, please contact Rutgers Baseball Director of Player Development Jack Arend at jarend@scarletknights.com for more information.
